These toppings can be used hot or cold, and come in a handy squeezy bottle for easy and mess-free use. Use cold straight from the fridge, or keep in a bain-marie (±35°C) to serve hot.

Add a luxurious and fruity finishing touch to your cakes with Callebaut's Red Fruit Topping. Red Fruit Topping is packed with the vibrant sweet taste of raspberries and red currants, making for a sweet and fruity taste that is perfect for drizzling on cakes and desserts.

Bright red in colour, but completely seedless, the red fruit topping consists of pleasant sour notes mixed with fruit sweetness. It works wonderfully well when drizzled on ice-creams, patisseries, pancakes, waffles, cakes, cheesecakes, Christmas desserts and more.

Storage: Storage once opened is 14 months from the production date. Store the product in a clean, dry (relative humidity max. 70%) and odourless environment. Storage Temperature: 12 - 20 °C.

Red Fruit Topping Sauce

Ingredients:
Glucose syrup 29%; sugar 29.0%; red currants 15%; water 13.5%; raspberry paste 12%; acid: citric acid <1%; thickener: E440 standardised with sugars <1%; natural flavouring <1%; concentrated black chokeberry juice <1%; preservative: potassium sorbate <1%; acidity regulator: E450 <1%; acidity regulator: trisodium citrate <1%.

Next Working Day Delivery (UK)

Any order placed before 4.30pm Monday - Friday (3:30pm for edible images*), with the Next Working Day Delivery option selected, will be dispatched the same business day (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after the cutoff time using this method will be dispatched on the next working day.

A signature is required for this method, so you will need to be at the delivery address to sign for it. Please allow an additional 24 hours for any order to be delivered to the Scottish Highlands. Please also be aware that any deliveries to Northern Ireland with a 'BT' postcode will usually take three days to arrive (on 2 Day Northern Ireland Delivery).

Pre-Orders

Any order containing a product that is listed as a preorder, will be held until the preordered item has arrived in stock. Orders containing a preorder cannot be split, if other items are needed before the expected delivery date, these items should be ordered separately.

Weekend Deliveries (UK)

Any order placed before 4.30pm* on Friday, with the "Saturday Delivery" or "Sunday Delivery" option selected, will be dispatched on the same day for delivery between the hours of 8am - 6pm on the selected day.

A signature is required for these methods, so somebody will need to be at the delivery address to sign for it. If the order is placed after the 4pm cut-off on a Friday, the order will be dispatched for delivery on the following weekend. Please note we are unable to guarantee any order being dispatched to the Scottish Highlands or Islands to arrive within the quoted time frame.  

*Orders for edible images have a cut-off time of 3:30pm – orders placed after this time will be dispatched for delivery the following week day.
